I was skeptical about brittle being "hand-stretched," but this batch is perfectly thin and airy, not a teeth-cracking brick. The salt crystals hit just after the caramel sweetness, making each piece dangerously easy to finish.

The hand-stretched caramel gives it a light, crunchy texture that doesn't stick to your teeth. Love that each bite has plenty of roasted peanuts and just the right sprinkle of salt.

The peanuts are plentiful and the crunch is satisfying, but the salt level is a bit overwhelming for me. Still, it's decent if you like really salty sweets.
