Toffee-vegaanifudge – yksi pala

I’ve tried plenty of vegan fudge that crumbles or tastes like coconut, but this one holds together beautifully and the oat drink gives it a smooth richness. The dark chocolate really comes through, and it’s sweet without being cloying.

My dad (who eats regular fudge every week) stole half my slice before I could even try it — that's the highest praise. The oat-based recipe gives it a creamier melt than dairy fudge, and the toffee hits that proper buttery-caramel depth without being overly sweet.

I was skeptical about vegan fudge but this oat-based toffee slice is dangerously good, dark and rich with that proper crumbly texture. It disappeared in two sittings, which says everything.
