Ogni scultura è realizzata con la nostra tradizionale e unica tecnica di lavorazione dello zucchero, affinata in quasi 40 anni di amore per il fudge artigianale. Il nostro fudge inizia la sua vita versato su tavoli di marmo di Carrara, dove lo zucchero liquido viene lavorato a mano per ottenere una consistenza estremamente cremosa e ricca. Una volta solidificato, le nostre generose e spesse fette vengono disposte in un'impressionante scultura e decorate per adattarsi al tuo tema.
