Cracked open the box and the smell alone sold me—rich, buttery caramel with that salty edge. The texture is perfectly soft, almost melts on your tongue, and the sea salt kicks in right at the end to balance the sweetness. I've already eaten half the tin in one sitting.
The salt hits first and then the caramel melts in, which is exactly the balance I was hoping for. I cut off a tiny piece for "just a taste" and somehow the whole block is gone already.
I’ve eaten a lot of fudge in my time, but the way the sea salt cuts through that rich, smooth caramel is something else entirely. It’s dangerously easy to finish the whole box in one sitting.
